Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Morph SDK (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

Morph is distributed under the MIT License for the SDK itself. Your use of the hosted AI features (theme generation via Anthropic) is subject to your subscription plan. Free plan usage is limited to development and personal projects.

3. Beta Period

During the beta period, Morph is provided free of charge. Features may change. We reserve the right to introduce pricing after the beta period ends, with at least 30 days notice to registered users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate themes for illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI prompts
• Resell or sublicense your API key to third parties
• Use the Service to abuse Anthropic's infrastructure

5. Data and Privacy

The Service sends only anonymous color palette data to generate themes via Anthropic. No personal data, user data, or application content is transmitted. See our Security page and Privacy Policy for details.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated themes will meet your specific design requirements or pass all accessibility audits in all contexts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morph and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
